your catering needs.
Caterer provides: Staff to set up, cook fresh on site and serve guests a buffet style event. Cooking equipment charcoal grill , pots,tables for set up with disposable liners,plates,napkins,utensils, wetnaps, lobster bibs, condiments all needed to serve and clean up. We supply garbage pails with liners for garbage removal. Typical parties last 3 to 4 hours depending on the menu. All RSVP’s should be called in 5 days prior to your party or event.All prices are per person. This does not include sales tax (7.35%) and a (18%) service fee. Any rentals/entertainment coordination (10% fee). A 50% deposit is required to reserve a date.
