Our delicious Barbecues are melt in your mouth. We cook fresh on site over a charcoal grill. We set up all needed to cook & serve hot off of the grill by our qualified chef’s. Relax & enjoy your guests while we do all the work.
We take great pride in all of our food that we cook and have served for over 40 years. We will have your guests coming back for more. Finger licking good !!All menus are based on 50 adults or more for $32.95 per person minimum. Inquire for smaller groups! “Create your own menu” is available. Children Menu
Children’s menu includes: Hamburgers with cheese, hotdogs, watermelon. Children will share from adult menu (No entrees) $15.95 per child
You can replace any meat in menu option for another meat, price adjusted.
Beverages Packages
Why do anything? Relax while we bring & set up everything you need to hydrate your guests, self serve up to 4 hours

Red and White wine ( Merlot & Chardonnay ) $5.00 per person
** Open Bar Premium liquor: $30.00 per person
4 hours of service, Bartender included, 4-liquor’s, Mojitos signature drink, beer 2-Choices ( 1-Domestic, 1-Imported) , Red & White wine, assorted soda, bottled water, lemons, limes, all juices, sparkling waters, disposable cups, ice. Complete set up!!
Staffing: Bartenders / 5 hour minimum $60 per hour per staff , additional hours can be added before date of party/event. Inquire availability !! Open bar’s with over 65 guests an extra bartender will be added for extra charge.

Caterer Provides:
All Barbecues include staff to cook and serve guests. Barbecues typically last 2-4 hours depending on the menu. We arrive prior for set up. All menu options include food table set ups, condiments, disposable utensils, plates, all paper goods, garbage pails with liners, garbage removal, everything we need to serve you and your guests a buffet style party/event. We provide charcoal grills for grilling fresh onsite. Cooks will serve guests from our charcoal grills. We do not provide seating tables or chairs for guests. Head counts are given 7 days prior to your party/event. Barbecues typically last from 2-4 hours depending on the menu. A Company service fee 18% and sales tax 7.35% is added.
